- 4-5 mini cucumbers (thinly sliced)
- 2.5 tbsp. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped dill
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- Salt and black pepper
Wash cucumbers and leave skins on. Slice cucumbers thinly to about 1/8 inch width (~1/3cm.). In a bowl, combine the cucumbers, sour cream, finely chopped dill, finely chopped parsley, about 5 pinches of salt and some fresh ground black pepper until all the cucumbers are coated.
